The Conservancy Association – ECO RANGERS Orienteering Competition (May – December 2015)
PR for Good provided PR and fundraising support for the Conservancy Association’s first-ever orienteering fundraising event. The outdoors event which combines the quizzes and hunt-and-catch the environmental monsters is a physical challenge, a battle of wits, and an educational activity that enhance understanding of the threats to Hong Kong’s ecological conservation.
We managed to solicit a corporate sponsor for the event, and engaged Sammy Leung as the Ambassador of Eco Rangers, who helped spread the messages through his network (column and social media).
We managed to get the event covered in green living, sports, entertainment news and news feature sections, with a total of estimate media value of HK$1.5 million.
