Ocean Park Conservation Foundation – Annual Donor Reception (June 2018)

PR for Good was commissioned to undertake the overall management of OPCF’s annual donor reception attended by nearly 100 persons. Our work covers guest invitation, preparatory work ranging from venue production, F&B catering, transportation arrangement, production of exhibition panels and leaflet, to coordination with MC, performers and event photographer. On the day-of-event, we took the role as the stage manager who oversees the execution of the rundown and service delivery of various parties.
